How We Operate

You Have Rights ROSA Will Respect:

The right to express your opinion.

A right to say YES or No and have your word honoured.

The right to leave the room at any time or end your support sessions without giving a reason.

Your support worker will respect your rights.  If you are unhappy in any way with the support you are receiving you have the right to speak with ROSA’s Co-Ordinator who will investigate on your behalf.

Anything you say to your support worker will be confidential, unless keeping it from others would place you or another young person in serious danger.
